I am an Account Executive specializing in online identity and digital marketing for law firms. This includes everything from websites and digital ads to SEO and AIO, which is an exciting new field where early adopters can corner their market before other firms take advantage. With 30 years of marketing, advertising, and publishing experience, from traditional models to today’s digital landscape, I’ve consistently delivered results for my clients, largely because I tailor solutions to their specific needs. There’s no “Marketing Menu” where we just choose what looks good. It has to be strategic, meeting both a client’s budget and their goals.

I believe marketing isn’t just about ROI, but about sustainability over time. A one-hit wonder will not give a firm the long-term growth they really need. A well-thought-out approach, year after year, ensures continued success because if a company isn’t growing, it’s slowly going away.

A non-marketing book that changed how you work?

Success is a Choice by Rick Pitino. He was the basketball coach when I was at the University of Kentucky. He says the winner isn’t always the most talented team, but the one that believes they deserve to win because they’re the hardest-working team in the NCAA, whether they are or not.

What are you currently learning just for fun?

Italian. My husband’s family is still there, so we plan to retire to Abruzzo. We just have to make sure we have enough guest bedrooms for everyone!

Your first move with a new brand or new project?

In a word – research. I need to know everything about a firm before I put pen to paper to write up a marketing proposal. I’ll already know everything about them online, but I need to know what keeps the managing partners up at night, and what their success will look like.
