What to expect during the hiring process

1 — Application, Submission, and Review

After sending us your resume it will be reviewed and, if we have a position that we think is well-aligned with your experience, we will be in contact with potential next steps.

2 — Initial Interview

Our Director of Talent will reach out to you to coordinate an interview to discuss your background and experience. Don’t forget, personality goes a long way with our team!

3 — Video Interview

If Omnizant's hiring manager thinks you’re a good fit for the position, you will have a video call so we can get to know you better.

4 — Final Interview

If the conversation continues, you will speak with other members of Omnizant's senior leadership team. (Omnizant's CEO often joins these calls too!).

5 — Offer Letter

We are looking for top talent to join our team and look forward to getting to this point with you.
