What makes someone successful in a role like yours?

Success in a role like mine comes down to the ability to drive revenue through people, partnerships, and process—consistently and at scale. The difference-maker is resilience—you have to stay focused, adapt fast, and keep momentum even when things get hard.

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is leading a team to close business and win together. There’s nothing more energizing than building momentum, hitting goals, and watching opportunities turn into real results. What I value most is seeing the team succeed and celebrating what we accomplish together.

What’s your favorite book and why?

Picking a favorite book is like picking a favorite cocktail—it depends on the mood, but I always come back to To Kill a Mockingbird, The Alchemist, and Pig the Pug.
