General Practice Law Firm Website Design

Being an attorney at a general practice law firm is no easy job. You must be knowledgeable on a wide array of legal matters spanning multiple practice areas and wear many different hats each day. Marketing a general practice firm also presents challenges as you must showcase your expertise and promote your practice to very different types of prospective clients, often using a single website. At Omnizant, we understand the unique marketing challenges that you face, and we have the experience and online tools to help you create a powerful website that speaks to all of the different client groups you serve.

Over the past decade, we’ve built hundreds of websites highlighting many areas of law, from estate planning to intellectual property, and just about everything in between. To meet the needs of the firms that we serve, we have developed an extensive content library designed to educate and enlighten website visitors. As a Omnizant client, you will have full access to this library which features pages and pages of content in the following areas of law:

All of this content can be edited by your firm to give it a more personal feel or used as is, saving you countless hours of copywriting.

In addition to delivering value through quality content, your website has to be an efficient medium through which prospective clients, colleagues and current clients can connect with your firm. At Omnizant, we’ve developed great tools which encourage interaction. These include:

Online Consultation Request
Many visitors come to your website on weekends or during the evening hours when your office is closed. Do you have a way for them to schedule an initial consultation with your firm and ensure that you don’t miss out on any new business opportunities? Our online consultation request allows your firm to collect these leads around the clock. All submissions are emailed to the firm, and also stored in Site Manager and WordPress with advanced visitor tracking information, allowing you to follow-up with the visitor right away.

Special Reports Visitors

This Omnizant feature allows firms to post white papers or informational articles for site visitors. Prior to viewing the entire report, prospects and clients must first enter in some basic contact details at which point the report becomes immediately accessible. This allows firms to follow up with all interested parties.

Event Management System*
Do you hold seminars for new business owners or HR professionals throughout your community? Omnizant’s valuable event management system allows you to post an unlimited number of seminars. The events may be posted by category allowing clients to easily find seminars that interest them. Visitors have the option to register for these events through your website. Once they have submitted their registration, your firm will receive email notification informing you of this new registration and the registered guest will also receive a confirmation email. By logging into your account, you can easily print registrant lists or export them to Microsoft Excel. To ensure that your website never gets outdated, the Site Manager will automatically remove seminars from your website once they have been held (though registration lists are always accessible via the Site Manager).

Newsletter Management System*
The Omnizant Newsletter Management System makes it a breeze to send professional newsletters and email notices to colleagues, clients and those who have subscribed on your website. Simply draft your newsletter, upload any attachment or photos and with just a click of your mouse, the email message will be sent to all of the subscribed recipients. This feature sends individual emails to each recipient and generates a status report for each mailing. Our graphic design team will even create a custom newsletter header which matches your website to ensure consistency among all of your online marketing efforts. Available for an additional charge.

Password Protected Pages
You can easily convert any page into a password protected page, meaning that site visitors must enter in a username and password prior to seeing the information. Firms often use these pages to house client resources or information for fellow advisors. Although these pages are not visible to all, they can be a powerful marketing tool and encourage website visitors to contact you so that they too can receive this limited access.
